Victorious Festival 2026 occupies Southsea Common, the open seafront area in Portsmouth between the seafront and Southsea Castle. The site is primarily a day festival (no main camping on the Common) with multiple stages - the Castle Stage (the main stage with Southsea Castle backdrop), the Common Stage and a range of smaller tents and outdoor areas. Build crew start on site approximately 7-10 days before gates open, working stage infrastructure, barrier systems, marquees and fencing. On-event bar staff, stewards, catering crew and gate crew work the festival days. Strike crew begin the day after the final day.

Victorious is a day festival rather than a camping festival, which makes it distinctive for crew: most crew travel to and from site daily rather than staying over. Bar staff and stewards for Victorious are typically hired by the production contractors who manage bar operations and security. Build crew may have a longer site engagement across the build and break cycle. Pay follows standard South Coast festival rates: £100-£140 per day for bar and stewarding roles, £120-£200 per day for build crew, £150-£280+ per day for specialist crew chiefs and supervisors.
