Takes about a minute. Only name, town and a number needed. Brand new list, so early names are first in line when companies need crew this summer.

i.

You

Only shown to event companies we've spoken to. Never public, never sold.

ii.

Where you're based

Work is matched by location, so this bit matters most.

First part is plenty (e.g. YO1). Distance only, not your address.

Local = your town · Region = an hour out · Anywhere = travel and stay over.

That's the only bit we need. The rest just helps companies pick you, skip anything.
iii.

Your experience

Optional

Skip this if you like, you'll still get on the list. But tapping what you can do means you turn up in more searches. No experience is fine, happy to counts.

Best not to include your home address or date of birth in it.

iv.

A reference

Optional
Someone who'd vouch for you? Add them, it puts you near the top

New to this? Skip it entirely. We'll tell them you listed them before we get in touch.

v.

Rate & days off

Optional

Ballpark only. You agree the real rate with the company.

Got dates you definitely can't work? Add them

Tap the days you can't work. Blank = flexible. Tap again to undo.

= can't work
No days blocked off, you're flexible.

Free to join. No agency taking a cut. One email gets you off the list whenever you want.

welcome aboard

You're on the list.

That's it. The next time a company near you looks for crew, your details are right in front of them. Most event work lands April to September, so keep your phone on.

You might be one of the first in your area. The more local hands on the list, the more companies bother to look here, and the more work comes your way.
