Expect £100–£200 a day per head for most event build and hospitality crew, more for ticketed or supervisory roles. Hiring direct (rather than through an agency) cuts the markup — the same worker costs you less because no one's taking a margin on top.
Direct vs agency
Agencies typically add 20–50% on top of the worker's rate. CrewPool connects you to crew directly: you agree the rate with them, we take no cut of their pay. You pay only a small fee to unlock a confirmed-available worker's contact.
